The state of Delaware requires that an orientation/training program for Adult Day Care Facilities include at least forty (40) hours of instruction and supervised practicum. This collection of courses was designed to meet the basic criteria laid out in Section 3360-13.0 - Personnel/administrative of the Delaware Administrative Code.

This collection contains 15 courses, totalling 17 hours of instruction, covering topics stated in the regulations, including the role of personal care staff, emergency response, infection control, safe patient handling, basic first aid, nutrition, observation and reporting, communication skills, and the needs of an elderly population.
