This collection contains 12 courses, totalling 12.5 hours of training, and covers a number of topics including, professionalism, assisting with ADLs, methods of assisting patients to achieve maximum self-reliance, nutrition, meal planning and preparation, an overview of the characteristics of the population served by the agency, the emotional and physical problems accompanying illness, maintaining a clean and safe environment, basic elements of body functions that must be reported to the nurse supervisor, observation and reporting, confidentiality, and ethics in health care.
