Additionally, this collection contains three hours of dementia care training that addresses Section 192.2000 on dementia training requirements.
This collection contains 11 courses, totalling 12 hours of training, and covers a number of topics including, professionalism and ethics, an overview of the older adult population, assisting with ADLs and iADLs, infection control, safety and emergencies, reporting and documentation, and client's rights & confidentiality. Dementia training courses include, an introduction to dementia care, person centered dementia care, and communication strategies in dementia care.
