Our collection of courses for the orientation training of Tennessee Assisted Care Living Facilities Resident Assistant Staff is designed to meet the requirements stated in Section 0720-26-.08 - Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers of the Tennessee Administrative Code.
This collection contains 14 courses, totalling 16 hours of training, and covers a number of topics including, patients’ rights, communication, working with clients with challenging behaviors, assisting with ADLs and iADLs, measuring vital signs, reporting and documentation, the reporting of elder abuse, infection control, safety and emergency response, ambulation and transfers, basic housekeeping, and an introduction to dementia care.
This collection can be used as is, or combined with any of our other courses to create an effective, and easy to understand, orientation training program for your Tennessee-based Resident Assistant team.
